Basic policy

totolab limits the information it handles to what is necessary for providing its apps and responding to inquiries.

At this time, totolab apps do not assume account registration, cloud saves, or collection of personal information through an independent backend. If these features are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to clearly describe what information is collected, the purpose of use, and whether any third-party provision occurs.

Information collected

During normal use, totolab apps do not collect personal information inside the app such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

After the support contact channel is published, totolab may handle information submitted by users, such as contact information, inquiry details, device information, OS version, and issue description, as needed to respond and provide support.

Purpose of use

totolab uses collected information for the following purposes.

• Responding to inquiries and contacting the requester
• Confirming, investigating, and improving issues
• Responding as required by law or applicable terms

Third-party provision

totolab does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except as required by law. When external services are used for support, information may be processed by the service provider to the extent necessary.
